In the spirit of mens sana in corpore sano—a sound mind in a sound body—Founders offers competitive and intramural athletic programs that emphasize physical virtue. Students develop discipline, teamwork, perseverance, and sportsmanship through training and competition. Athletic programs vary by campus and may include football, basketball, volleyball, track and field, cross country, and more.

Students engage in music, visual arts, and drama as part of our classical commitment to the True, the Good, and the Beautiful. Instruction in the arts is both technical and expressive—allowing students to connect with great works of the past while developing their own creative abilities.
